clubhouse rental

CLUBHOUSE USE RULES

Members in good standing are permitted to rent the clubhouse for parties or personal use lasting no later than 1:00A.M.  A non-refundable fee of $40 is charged which does not include cleaning.  A security deposit of $50 to cover damage or cleaning required.  In addition, extreme damage or cleaning required beyond the security deposit will be assessed to the renting member. 

Any infraction of the rules or disregard of items on the checklist may result in all or partial forfeiture of the security deposit.  A checklist will be provided to the reserving member.  Confirmation of reservation is dependent upon receipt of both the rental charge and the security deposit which are due 2 weeks prior to the event. 

A CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION FORM must be signed prior to receiving a key to the clubhouse.
