NOTE: Rentals can only be reserved up to 180 days in advance, beginning at 10am on the 180th day. Only Woodfield residents in good standing may reserve the clubhouse.
How to Book Your Reservation
1) Click on the Calendar on the Reservations page to see what dates are available.
2) If available, click on the time (10am) & the ‘Available' button will pop up. It will say "Reserved' if it is not available for rent.
3) Click on the ‘Available ’ button.
4) A screen will pop up, fill out the rental information, then click ‘Submit’.
5) A confirmation stating ‘Thank you for your reservation’ should pop up. You can now close this page
How to Pay For Your Reservation. Payment needs to be made within 24 hours after reserving the date or the date will be released.
1) Above the PayPal button, choose if your date is a Weekend/Holiday Rental ($100) or Weekday Rental($65).
2) Click on the ‘Buy Now’ button
3) It will take you to the PayPal site. Choose your method of payment & complete.
How to Complete Your Reservation
1) Once you have selected your date & paid the rental fee, print off the Clubhouse Contract paperwork. 2) Fill out the paperwork. Must be filled out in the name of WRA Resident only,
3) Write a check for $150 to ‘WRA’ for the rental deposit. Check must be from WRA Resident only.
4) Mail paperwork & check to address on the paperwork
Once all three steps are complete, you will receive a confirmation email from the clubhouse coordinator. If you have any questions, call Shannon at 463-3142
All reservations must be canceled at least 30 days in advance of the rental to receive a refund
Clubhouse Use Rules
Members in good standing are permitted to rent the clubhouse for parties or personal use lasting no later than 1:00A.M. A non-refundable fee of $100 is charged for Holiday and Friday to Sunday rentals, which does not include cleaning. Weekdays (Monday – Thursday) are rented at a reduced fee of $65.
A security deposit of $150 to cover damage or cleaning is required. In addition, extreme damage or cleaning required beyond the security deposit will be assessed to the renting member.
Any infraction of the rules or disregard of items on the checklist may result in all or partial forfeiture of the security deposit. A checklist will be provided to the reserving member. Confirmation of reservation is dependent upon receipt of rental fee, the security deposit, and the contract, which are due 2 weeks after making the reservation.
A CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION FORM must be signed prior to receiving a key to the clubhouse.
